Suspicious link found in Facebook post

AVAST ... Please investigate whether this link is a hack or trojan:

It appeared on my Facebook page on a post as a link to a picture that a friend said was cute. I stupidly clicked on it and it took me to a facebook logon screen (look alike) and I again stupidly logged in. Afterwards no picture appeared and redirected to a blank page. The next time I logged on to Facebook a comment appeared as if authored by me saying I had lost 30 pounds of weight in 4 weeks.
Be leary of unknown links in facebook. That's my advise.

Its probably not anything infectious.  Just a phish.  You gave them your account and pass freely, they don't need to infect you with anything.  Since your account is compromised, you will have to change your password now.
