report from script shield

Is there anyway for me to generate some type of report to see exactly what scripts were blocked, or any type of report from firewall and / or scans?

AvastUI, Real-Time Shields, Script Shield, Shield log.

But essentially you shouldn't need that as anything blocked would be because it is considered malicious and you would get an alert.
