Wouldn't the OTL log would be useful in helping to identify a conflict (with another program)?  To be able to see what is installed and running on this computer. That is, if twl845 was able to run it.

OTL has had some problems with Firefox variants due to the way the files are structured

A different approach could be a clean boot but this may be a long process or it could be short if we hit lucky first time

Thanks for the offer, but the risk of me running into problems attempting it, doesn't out weigh the possibility of solving the SafeZone problem. As I mentioned, I'm just a self taught pc user.  :P
