I did a scan with Avast, and I got back errors saying it couldn't scan many files.  I tried to restore but it failed everytime even in safe mode.  So I d/l'ed AVG which then locked up my pc.  So removed both Avast and AVG, d/l' ed Superantispyware and it said it found a trojan and all seemed to be ok, but my cpu fans are still engaging alot which to me is always an indication something has invaded.  The mouse works fine on another pc as well.   Maywarebytes said my pc was clean.  I'm desperate to get my mouse back...I have deleted Avast because it wasn't working...but none can seem to find my problem which I'm sure is some kind of malware.  Any suggestions appreciated!

I suggest a full computer on-line scanning:
BitDefender
ESET NOD32
F-Secure

For detection-only, not cleaning:
Kaspersky
Trendmicro housecall

Here a very comprehensive information about the on-line scanners.
Also, here a full list of on line scanners.

If everything is clean, well, probably a problem in your mouse drivers.

Thanks so much! I just did another scan with SuperAntispyware and it is saying I still have that Trojan.Agent/Gen-BanLoad..so how do I get rid of it if nothing is removing it?  But I still still follow your suggestions also.  I did reinstall the mouse drivers from Logitech as well.

Thanks,
Cheryl
