Applications not running in TS

Installed new Business Protection on a server with Windows Server 2008 R2 and Remote Desktop Services.

Now applications will not run for remote users.

please tell to us:
1) wich application you can't open...
2) wich version of console
3) wich version of program on the server side
4) wich type of Business Protection (are you sure is BP and not BP PLUS with firewall and Exchange..?)
5) OS on the client machine
6) Version of Remote Desktop on client

you're trying to open an application on the server using Terminal server on a client?
If the answer is yes, on the server side, directly, you can open all the applications you want normally?
