Installed 7.0.1396 Internet Security on my main desktop running 64bit Windows 7 Ultimate works like a charm and installed perfectly.

Installed same Free Version on virtual Windows XP Home SP3.

Was able to run the Remote Assistance from one to the other without issue. Feature request for this, you need to be able to send key commands such as Ctrl+Alt+Delete etc to the computer you are controlling.

I noticed that in AIS the"Market" is not listed.

Love the new UI

Uninstalling and/or Installing WebRep addons in IE, FF or Chrome does nothing in any browser.  Addon's stay non-existant.

Everything is going great! Will post updates if I find more bugs or more comments.

They probably aren't too large, you could zip them up and email them to him or by using the ftp function.

Upload the zip file to the ftp server ftp://ftp.avast.com/incoming:
- Using Internet Explorer, Connect to the link and drag the file into the Right pane and drop it, that starts the upload, you don't have read access to this folder.
Give the zip file you are uploading a unique name (e.g. forumusername-dumps.zip, etc), so they can identify it. It might not be a bad idea to create a text file (readme.txt) with any relevant information, avast topic URL, user name, etc. etc. in the zip file. Not to mention posting the name of the file you uploaded in the topic acts as another searchable reference.

Update - the cloud services is showing as connection established right now - this is after 2 reboots
the only problem i see now is that there is just a slight glitch in the animation when the dot comes from the cloud and goes in monitor/city  :D

edit - err just after posting this comment connection not established again  :(

Thanks for the public beta. I translated and posted this thread into Japanese forum, but I don't have enough time to test this beta for now  :(
I'll try it later.

If you choose not to install remote assistance you get the following error when you select the remote assistance tab.

Surely it would make more sense to not have a remote assistance tab at all if it isn't installed?

cloud service is again established...looks like it does it in specified period of time  :)

i feel there is a bug in updater...as i did a manual update attempt today at 7 in morning and it still shows that a update attempt was made yesterday.. :-\
