Scheduling a daily scan

How do I schedule a daily scan of my hard disk? In other anti-virus programs it is easy to do. How do I do that with the Home edition of AVAST?
Thanks

Avast home doesn't offer that option. You need Avast pro for it. (Hé there has to be a difference between free and paid
)
But there is a workaround with taskschedular. Another user on this board has expalined how/what to do. Use the search function here to find it.
edit: found the thread that explains it.
