This morning, I put the rescue USB Drive that I created yesterday to the test.
Here are the results:

The file in question is in the download folder. It's most likely a false positive.
It's also a program that was never installed on my system. :)
It took approx. 45 minutes to scan 100 Gig. of data.
I did notice that the timer ( % completed ) isn't very accurate.
It took about 15 minutes to complete the last 1% of the scan.
It's always nice to get a good report and know that avast! has been doing it's job. :)
