I'm sure it took you a while to put this together.
Some criticism.
1. it is much to long.
2. without audio, it is very hard to follow.
3. use highlights to emphasize those things you want people to notice.
4. too much movement of the mouse. ( cursor )
5. Speed up those tasks that take a long time.
Practice makes perfect. :)
