Java plug-ins and Trojan horses NEED HELP FAST

I was checking out this website wich i had to download a java plug-in to make it work. I did that and got a RAT (Remote Administration Tool) from it and now it seems like my .dll files are not working, any tips on how to fix it?  :-\
