Stranger and stranger !

From http://www.ip-secrets.com/ :

IP-Secrets - all secret infos about your IP-Address and more

Your current IP-Adress: 109.190.22.149
Your origin: Russian Federation

So it doesn't seem to be an avast! problem after all - but what is this all about ? Any ideas ? I guess I'll have to talk with my ISP  ;)

When I do a WhoIs I get this information :

Network query for "109.190.22.149" at "whois.ripe.net":

Thanks logos - I'm presuming you mean that the "IP Secrets" database that I quoted is maybe outdated or corrupted. This is no doubt the case because I have visited at least half a dozen IP localisers and they all give me France as a result.
However if this is so then that means that the database used by avast! to locate my machine is maybe also outdated or corrupt - no ?

similar problem here: one of the installations comes with french "ads", but I'm in a german speaking area - and that is behind the same cable-IP with local 192.168.x.x internal network ...
