Streaming Updates Question...

It seems that their is some sort of timer for streaming updates to begin.  Is there any way to modify this to begin earlier?

I have 8) 100Mbps down and 100Mbps 8) up via DIRECT fiber which makes this feature a DEFINTE plus in my opinion.  GREAT JOB Avast Dev's!!!
