aswrundll.exe Error
« on: July 08, 2014, 01:36:25 AM »
Can someone please explain what the boo this Error is and how I can fix it?
I was updating my Garmin applications in my Garmin Express and it got stuck. I waited for 2 days for it to finish but .. nope. I did a program fond to see if it was running to shut it down, before I shut down my computer but there was nothing there. I closed the update for Garmin window and than went to shut down my computer,
At shut down I was given a ' still running ' alert.
I hit, shop program and shut down.
Now, I reboot and Garmin update window pops back up  and I get this wonderful error window... Unknown software exception ( 0xc0000417) occurred in the application at )x7369f979.

I have uninstalled Garmin Express and reinstalled .. still there.

Can someone help? Please and Thanks

Try a repair of avast!
Control Panel > Add/Remove or Programs and Features >select avast! > Scroll down and select repair. Once the repair finishes, reboot your system.
