Just curious. I need some help excluding a program (SpiceWorks) from real-time scanning. I've spent more than an hour listening to the stupid music they have on the phone line on several occasions. There IS NO PHONE SUPPORT.

So why do they put a support phone number in the Support section of the program?

Maybe your calling the support out of hours  ??? anyway coming to the forum is usually the best option to try first, Open up the UI and click on realtime shields - file system shield - expert settings - exclusions, now click browse and navigate your way to the program file you want to exclude and tick the box and ok it, also do the same in settings - exclusions if you wish to exclude from on demand scans.

Ah, OK. I tried setting Application Rules in the Firewall, and had no luck. Let me try your solution, then I'll get back to you.
