Ofcourse the instructions on my page are working. ;D
I use them on a daily base in my shop and never failed to remove malware ;)

Keep in mind that removing is one thing, but preventing is also part of system security

Hi! New to this chit chat thing here.But I have the same problem.. I have Avast, Avast cleaner, Stinger and Zone alarm installed and that Trojano keeps coming back into my win32/ NCase.exe. I have deleted in Avast and the NCase comes up on startup. that it does not have the proper permissions to run( tho it is in the Chest.)A couple of my "recieved" Email photos have come up unopenable that there is a virus that cannot be cured. So I delete that email.That is in hotmail.
