Thanks, essexboy. I was having an identical problem. After trying a few other tools (Malwarebytes & Norton Power Eraser), TDSSKiller was exactly what I needed! You brought a couple of hours of frustration to a pleasant end.

I think I am having the same problem as the original poster, however all of the scans I've run come up clean. I've even done boot scans and nothing has come up. I think I've attached all the required logs.  Should I go ahead and download that TDSSKiller and try that?

Go to this topic http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=53253.0 for information on Logs to assist in cleaning malware. Use the information about getting and using the tools and start your own new topic and attach the logs there, not in the LOGS topic.
