AntiSpam Service Won't Run

I am using BPP Server on a Windows SBS 2003.  The antispam service is not running.  What can I check to determine the cause?

Sorry my mistake. AntiSpam works only on SBS2003 with Exchange 2007/2010, mine is 2003  :(
