Support for Mac OS File Scanning

Hello,

I run a mail server (Merak Mail) that utilizes the Avast! 4 OEM scanning, and wanted to know if there are any plans to add attachment support to scan for Mac OS specific viruses & worms? This would be very helpful since many of my mail users run Macs, so scanning for viruses would be very helpful.

Hello Vik,

I was thinking along the lines of the many Macro based viruses that are sent in Mac Office file formats. Also, scanning of Mac based compressed files, .sit, .hqx, .tar (Mac OS X), .gzip,  etc.
