Avast UI.exe

Got an error related to the Avast UI.exe ,after avast installation

Operating System -Windows 7 Home premium 64 bit

I think this is the same error ,that we usually gets in avast 6

"Side by side configuration incorrect"

I removed avast using aswclear,then reinstalled the MS visual c++ 2008 64 bit

Then reinstalled the avast 7...
Same error

What should i do ?

Avast should install the c++ 2008 on its own really if it's not already on your system, dont know why your installing the 64 bit version of c++ though as avast uses the 32 bit version.
I would personally do a clean install using the removal tool and try installing the latest beta RC2 which is very stable http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=94790.0
