想咨询下,新的7.0无法安装的问题

我在官网下了7.0free版,可是下下来之后就是无法安装...
然后用6.0的自动更新也总是显示"正在初始化...",没法更新

请问,有什么解决办法吗?

6.0更新的问题是bug
