Get used to UAC, as it is a pain in the rear and in my opinion pretty useless, malware doesn't seem to have any problem getting past it, legit programs a whole different ball game.
Even on its lowest sensitivity, it can still be a pain in the rear. Thank god it isn't on XP and I have disabled it on my win7 netbook as even on the lowest setting it is too damn intrusive. But as has been mentioned you have to accept that this comes with a risk if you opt to disable it.
