Malware blocked with WebShield question

Hello,

I am trying to access a forum on another site and I can go to the site's main page but when I click on the forum link I get a pop up that Avast! WebShield has blocked a malicious file or page.  It lists the infection as  HTML: Script-inf

But when I click on the More details,I get a popup of the Google Chrome EULA.

Also, if I open Avast!Antivirus Free 6 on my computer and go to Statistics and click on Click here to see your security reports for the last 30 days I get the same Google Chrome EULA pop up.

What's goin' on?

It is just my wild guess, but maybe there is a link being opened by the Chrome browser. Hmm, what do you say?
