't mean I am screaming..it just has more importance when writing in CAPITAL LETTERS...However I find it very strange if a product/support site gives you no other option then three pc's which means that cost's 39.99 , and I like to charge just 19.99 for one PC..
In addition if I send a ticket and it's urgent and I still didn't get a reply then I think there is seriously something wrong with customer support !! Or am I wrong ??
