Generally speaking it is mportant to keep the listing as actual as we can get it.
Malware take down time can vary. It can be taken down next day, within a couple of hours even, or stay on there so long to get the status "long overdue".
Those that are responsible for the avast blocking should check the migration data & malware status changes from day to day.
But other av blocklists perform a lot worse.
Also it is important is to watch for urlQuery alerts (specific requests).
Well generally speaking we should always give avast feed-back, so they can stay up to date,
