Avast Internet Security

When I first turn on my computer my Avast program shows unsecure. I click the fix botton and everything is fixed. Why does this happen each time I turn on my computer? How do I fix?

I would go to the control panel and select to uninstall AIS and then select the repair option when it pops -up.
