im french!!! i can't to use the "help" in avast why it is write error of program !!
how can i to use it please

Start > programs > Avast > help
Does that work?
If not try a repair of Avast.

If you have XP Pro, make sure you have Avast installed when logged in as administrator. If you have XP home, make sure Avast was installed when logged in as user with admin rights.
