I am running XP SP3. I uninstalled the latest AIS and then couldn't connect to the internet or anything though my NIC.
I noticed that all my network connection objects were gone. I did a SFC /scannow, winsock fix and an XP repair install. None worked.
I even tried re-installing AIS to see if they'd show up again. No dice. Any ideas on how to rectify this situation?
