Hi, in such cases dump files help us! Do you have any in avast directories? Reisender's dumps help us to solve his issue (please wait for next program update). Many thanks, Pavel

Hello!
The only file with *dump* in its name I have in the avast directory is dump.html in the C:\Program Files\AVAST Software\Avast\WebRep\FF\. Don't think it will help you...  :)
Are there other avast directories I have to check? I haven't found any avast mentions in the AppData system directory...
