Then there it is something wrong. It must be 317 kB.

That sounds similar to what is happening to me and i also read about the bagle worm last night and it sounds similar too.  What actually fixed the problem for that user?

Since it might be an OS problem or an infeccion, it should be better if you open a new topic in Viruses and worms where Essexboy can rule out an infeccion and give you directions on how to fix the OS. You can link Donovan's link for Essexboy to read. JMHO.

Is aswclear.exe 317 KB ?

it is 47k

If it is not an infection, it is a problem with the OS.
