you would remember my first post ''symbian supported''.
The police have arrested the phone holder and his accomplice who would both be in court tomorrow 19/03/2012.
My phone is currently in possession of the Police.
Now to THEFTAWARE defect observed:
1. The locate command ie
****** LOCATE when sent always return ''Theft Aware(
www.theftaware.com) ERROR: The command is invalid''.
The 2 aspects that worked for me were:
1. The sim card change notification, which was frequently returning this notice because I observed on the phone that the sim card was having partial contact in its slot. So each time there was full contact I receive a sim card change notification complete with IMSI, IMEI, Location....
2. The call command ie ****** CALL was also functional I could eavesdrop on the phone.
Back to the locate command could anyone give me the new format or syntax for this command if its different from the format
above.Thank you
