help for message infection

hello

 when I do a scan of the memory I have this message
 Process 984 [svchost.exe] memory bloc etc. ...
 severity: high
 state: win32 :: Threat: Downloader-MOG | Trj]

 no action is proposed to me and whenever I have the same message of threat

 What to do?

Do you have any other security (antimalware) program running? Which one?
I suggest you to run avast at boot time to check if anything appears. Better is always send to Chest instead of directly deleting any infected file.

So I do not have to worry?
