license is not getting validated after reinstall

I created a avast account using my yahoo email asadmkhan78@yahoo.com and then tried it for a few days and when i decided to buy the product i was taken to google play store and hence had to use my gmail to buy the product, everything was working fine...i had some problem and had to remove mobile security and reinstall it, ever since then it is not recognizing my license, it says it is connected to my account by email address asadmkhan78@yahoo.com, when i run backup it says "License not valid" what should i do ? i have a valid license till april 2015. tried to submit a ticket on support site but waiting for a reply for last 5 days.....anyone has any tip for me ?
