I can disable a shield (P2P Shield in a server) in the group properties but in the local machine, I have the exclamation mark over the avast! icon because I cannot (or I don't know how  ) stop monitorize the shield status from de console.

No events in the console about this issue in this machine.

So, you want to disable P2P shield in ADNM console and distribute it on the selected computer?
Right click on Computer group - properties -  right click P2P shield and choose Define value - untick P2P shield- click OK and Apply settings on one computer or whole group.

Yes, I did that.

The problem is that in the clients you got the exclamation mark over the avast! icon becuase you have some shield stopped (see picture).

Yes, that is how it works. Disabled shield is a possible threat, so that is why you can see exclamation mark on the icon.
