Not having the Dutch version, I can't say you haven't got it. However, I believe this is an integral part of avast! regardless of language.

The only thing that would stop its use is if you don't have an OS that supports it, e.g. win98, winME. It is only available in winNT win2K and XP, the option is greyed out if your OS doesn't support it.

What OS are you using?

Where were you looking for 'Schedule a Boot-Time Scan' and was it greyed out (faint text color)?
Windows 10 Home 64bit/ Acer Aspire F15/ Intel Core i5 7200U 2.5GHz, 8GB DDR4 memory, 256GB SSD, 1TB HDD/ avast! free 24.3.6108 (build 24.3.8975.762) UI 1.0.801/ Firefox, uBlock Origin, uMatrix/ MailWasher Pro/ Avast! Mobile Security

I have the Dutch en English version.  ;)
I use normal the Dutch version, but I was searching to the Boot-time and there isn’t one in the Dutch version.
You can find no Boot-time in this version even no grey one.

O, I use Win XP Pro on NFTS Partition.

It's very strange - the boot-time option should be in every language version.
Can you post a screenshot of your Simple User Interface Menu? (or list its items at least)?

This is strange, I would have thought that it would have been in the avast menu area regardless of language.

Hopefully one of the translators can shed some light on this. I have contacted one of them.
