Avast Reinstallation's Aftermath

Hi Avast mods!

I've come back again!
My first encounter was the Google redirect where Essexboy helped me.

My last encounter was a Fake Anti-Virus that self installed onto my computer.

This time, I want to see if there is any hidden viruses on this computer.
Avast was disabled like last time so I uninstalled and reinstalled Avast.
I would like to see if there is any aftermaths of any viruses still intact.

I've already scanned my computer with MBAM and OTL and have my logs ready at hand!

Hope my problem this time is an easy fix too!
