Just Purchased Pro and I get error

Shortly after installation I get stop error 0x0000000A  Then the error goes away after uninstalling Avast.

I have use the free version for many years and due to a root kit infection I decided to purchase the pro version and I can not seem to use it.

are you sure the computer is clean ?

Follow the guide here and attach logs form Malwarebytes quick scan / OTL / aswMBR

one of the removal specialists will check the log to see if you are clean
