Most likely you tried to access a post that had been removed. Or, tried to access a board that you don't have rights to access.

You can post replies to other posts and ask questions but you arnt allowed to post advice in the viruses and worms section unless you are approved and trained in malware removal, this is done purely for the safety of others as we have had some troublesome posters in that area in the past offering advice and potentially damaging other members systems.

It's a forum rule not a user rule. Users can't make changes only Moderators.

You are not under a ban, it is simply a watched status which will disappear in time unless you are warned again.

You had advised more than malwarebytes, i'd tracked your posts back to the 23rd of this month when you joined and all of your posts were in the viruses and worms section giving advice including TDSSkiller.

Best to go slowly and if you think you can help someone out in the free and general sections without instructing anyone to run specific malware tools then you can, Malwarebytes is a reasonable safe tool that if you think neccessary for someone to run to provide logs would be fine but usually any sign of infection is refered to the viruses section.

no other avast team member removed my posts, so how was i supposed to know?

that rule wasnt mentioned in that area which i didnt know what the rule was

i then noticed deleted messages, i thought it was a bug or something. i posted my message and then noticed you added a comment.

then i noticed i had a message in my messages.

it said about i wasnt allowed to post. i then didnt post then i got a warning?

well why cant i post a message to anyone now?

Well it seems no one else noticed your posts so you were lucky to get that far under the radar ;) you can't post private messages till your over 20 posts.
