IN PURCHASING FILES FROM SAY RENDEROSITY & DAZ i HAVE COME ACROSS THINGS LIKE 42110 FILES.............ARE THESE OK AND WHAT FUNCTION DO THEY SERVE IN THE FILES????....................ARE THEY HARMFUL TO MY COMP AND IF SO WHY PUT THEM IN???

If you are unsure about files, you can try uploading to VirusTotal (https://www.virustotal.com/) to see if any antiviruses detect them as malicious.

you mean avast detect them as "decompression bombs"  ?
