seems there is no way to get the standalone installer anymore, uses the download manager to install and there are new adjustable settings in control panel if no one has noticed.

I have never had to use the download manager with that link. Why that is is a mystery to me, but I always use firefox when visiting that link and download both IE and other browser options, weird.
