It is still there you just need to bookmark the link, http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ or read everything on the adobe.com/software/flash/about/ for alternatives, which takes you to the link I gave.

I'll take it one step further, direct links to the installer files (handy for save-as):

and

Can't remember if there's a toolbar (optionally) included, but it should be standard procedure to watch out for those when installing anything.

Welcome to version WinPatrol 20.5. This version fixes a number of long time requests and resolves many of the quirks WinPatrol is forced to deal with on Windows 64-bit systems.

 Given the increase in 64-bit systems, I have started to focus on a 64-bit native build of WinPatrol. This will allow me to fully support 64-bit users and still provide new features for non 64-bit users. Ironically, the initial results will be more features for non 64-bit users but 64-bit users will be provided better stability and compatibility with other low level programs.

Discussions about the announcements where always done in a separate post.
Lately, this certainly hasn't been the case.
