Puran has an issue with deleting restore points while using their boot time defrag http://remove-malware.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=46&t=10643&p=90659&hilit=puran#p90659

Defraggler is OK, but not any better then W7 on-board defrag. My machine responds much better to IObit's SD2

Try the free Auslogics Defrag. I think it's better than IObit's offering and the vendor does not have the tarnished reputation that IObit does
