I can report that Secure Virtual Machines is working fine in Windows 7 x86 (Intel Pentium E5200,Virtualization-Not supported).
Pale Moon installer triggered it.

The Video DownloadHelper extension for Firefox auto-updated on my system just now, to ver. 5.1.2.  The Avast crew might want to discuss with them the following, appearing near the bottom of the "what's new" page which auto-opens in a new tab, similar to NoScript updates:
