...has to uninstall program then install new release-updating won't do it ::) ??? :)...

if you close your SUPERAntiSpyware from taskbar and run it as Administrator it should be able to update itself to latest version easily... at least it did it for me in Win Vista SP1 and SUPERAntiSpyware Professional... :)

Not a chance, XP Pro support has a greater support life than the Home version. I don't know how they would go about determining who has home and who has pro versions as there is no distinction in the current security updates doesn't differentiate between home and pro, just XP SP1, SP2, etc.

As for "then what," by the time it happens windows 7 will probably be on SP1 or SP2 by then (who knows even windows 8) and Vista will be the winME of the 21st century ;D

The Mozilla Firefox development team had to react quickly after a working vulnerability was discovered affecting all the latest versions of the Firefox web browser. (read Latest Firefox Web Browser Vulnerable to 0-Day Exploit). After news about the vulnerability spread like wildfire on the Internet a first official statement was released that was suggesting an early release of Firefox 3.0.8 on March 30, 2009. Many users felt that the Mozilla team should release the new version earlier than that after fixes for the vulnerabilities had been confirmed to close the security hole for every Firefox user.

Not on check for updates under help or on firefox site as of yet here ::) :)
http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/
but it's here already http://www.freewarefiles.com/Mozilla-Firefox-3_program_25387.html
will wait till it's at the official site or check for updates :)

It's the support that's ending not security updates.  :)
