Could have been of those transient things at Adobe, or an erroneous report published and found elsewhere.  You can always check to see if Flash is up to date via this link:  http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/  Very easy to click this and check flash versions whenever you like.

Re Flash -- according to Adobe, for all browsers except Chrome (which uses a slightly different version with a bit higher version number), the current Flash version is 11.8.800.94.

You don't normally get the internal update this early after a release as CCleaner gave me no notification there was a new version, I just happened to go to their website and noticed the new version.

Plus it's a good warning for those who might not yet have CCleaner "better safe than sorry"
