trying to connect my acct w/the service

i cant get the bsite to connect my info  w/the sites ssign in log  in the ffront of the website..  didnt work w/antivirus site...or  the security site

I believe he means he can not connect to " My Avast! Account ". Not from Avast! UI or Avast! web site. I haven't been able to do it myself either. It failed most of the time yesterday and I have not been able to go today at all. OK I tried just now and it worked.
