BP+ Exchange sheild hangs outlook client in need password.

using freshly installed BP+ on win2008R2 with Exchange 2007. When the Exchange Sheild is enabled on the exchange server all Outlook clients have a Windows Security popup that says "Microsft Outlook" "Connecting to user@domain.com". Has anyone got a clue on this one?
