They are comparing it to avast! 6. Furthermore, the results are from January. As far as I can tell, it's April now and avast! 7 has been released.

As already mentioned your stat's are outdated but if you believe Panda to be so much better then no body is stopping you from using it, personally my testing of Panda lasted about 4 hours before my system slowed to a crawl and it was removed promptly with a re-image :)

The Panda used in the test is not latest either...Have to admit, it does perform good
panda have done lots of Work with this cloud tecnology and Seems to got it to work...and they where the first one to use it

OBS: panda is still selling the standard signature based AV....that have cloud as and extra help
So i guess they dont trust it 100% yet ?

Why all the fuss about some tests ? We old geeks who have used one AV or other for the past 15 or more years know that the top 5 10 AV will give you the protection you need. Now what you want is something else  entirely different and that is why I chose to stay with Avast!. It is what I want. Avast! is light, Avast! IMHO has the best protection browsing the web. Avast! has less F/P. Its UI has been improved beautifully and It has the best Forum for any troubleshooting inimaginable.

You have no facts... And Panda is a bad joke... All you have to do with malware is to disable internet connection and you finished with your PC...

Avast detection rate: 39.93 for zero day

Panda detection rate: 29.86 for zero day

https://threatcenter.crdf.fr/?Stats

39.93!!! thats hoorrible any way... lol
I still like avast! .. Ok lemme rephrase this Panda has improved ALOT.... and nod32 is better... in 0 day But it is still worse in everything else...

English version had this intimidating male voice so I used to have my Avast! in Spanish just to here her sweet voice saying " Avast! Virus data base has been updated "  ;D

Agreed, I tried Panda Cloud on my 3 systems here and the lag when trying to browse the net was truly dreadful, of all the AV's I have tried Panda has been the worst in terms of detrimental affects to a system. I have yet to meet anyone that has actually kept Panda Cloud running for more than 2 days.
