Apple updates and iTunes Store

Recently my Windows 7 laptop tells me I'm not connected to the Internet when I try to Aceess Apple updates and iTunes Store.  This embargo is also on my iPad2.
Apple Support suggests I uninstall my Avast Pro 7.0 1426.  If I do that can I reinstall and how do I do that?

same way you reinstall any program.......
download and install again.....insert the license file.......you did save the license mail ?

you say you have the same problem on your ipad2....... you dont have avast on your ipad!

No the iTunes problem is on the Ipad2 as well las on the laptop.  I know I don't have Avast on my iPad2.
I would download the AvastPro program if I had the necessary URL.  The website offers the Free program.  I've paid for 2 years AvastPro and I have the license key. 

Please help.
