How to delete MBR:\\.\PHYSICALDRIVE0\Partition4 ...... Help essexboy!

I've tried fixing the problem using Avast, Avg, spybot, Malware, and Adaware. Nothing is getting rid of it!

Please Help.

First.......never install multiple antivirus......Your OTL log is full.  ::)

Also attach  the aswMBR log
