At least I think he is having the same problem as me. :)

Anyway, here is a screenshot of the scan results from my last scan with the Action button frozen:

Well it's not a frozen button to start with, the button is greyed out because there is nothing to apply - the password protected detections are essentially that ( areas that cannot be scanned ) because they are password protected so avast is just letting you know that it cant scan those areas.
The other top three detections look like something may have been deleted manually while running the scan but im not 100% sure about that one.
CCleaner may help clean up those top three detections.

According to igor " cyclic redundancy check #23 " is due to a HDD failing. So to be safe better do a back up of your importat data just in case.
